User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that they are familiar with and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. If the User does not agree to the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website.

1.3. The Website is for informational purposes only and is not an online store, e-commerce platform, or paid service.

2. Purpose of the Website

2.1. The Website provides information about events, galleries, projects, and products of Antares Investment.

2.2. All data (including text, images, catalogs, project descriptions) are for free viewing and do not constitute a public offer.

2.3. Prices and online payment through the Website are not provided.

3. Use of the Feedback Form

3.1. The Website contains a feedback form intended for collecting messages and inquiries from Users.

3.2. By submitting a message, the User agrees to transmit the entered data to the Company and its processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Personal Data

4.1. When using the feedback form, the User voluntarily provides personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number).

4.2. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data."

4.3. The Company agrees to use the data only for contacting the User and not to share it with third parties without legal grounds.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials on the Website, including texts, images, logos, design elements, and the Website structure, are the intellectual property of Antares Investment LLC or are used legally.

5.2. Copying, distribution, and commercial or public use without written consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

6. Restrictions and Liability

6.1. The User is allowed to:

• view any information posted on the Website;
• use the feedback form to send messages.

6.2. The User is prohibited from:

• attempting to damage, hack, or otherwise disrupt the Website;
• posting spam or malicious data via the feedback form.

6.3. The Company is not responsible for temporary interruptions, data loss, or possible technical errors.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Agreement may be amended without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website.

7.2. Continued use of the Website after changes implies automatic acceptance of the new version.

7.3. All disputes are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7.4. The Website is owned by Antares Investment LLC, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
